“The 4-hour Flavors of Boquete Tour” is our own unique food sampling tour of local flavors while biking through Boquete and the surrounding area. At each stop, you will sample various tastings that are freshly prepared and well-balanced. This tour will give you a real “flavor” of Boquete.

“The 2-hour Adventure Tour” is our most popular tour that will take you from one end of Boquete to the other. You will see rivers, waterfalls, coffee farms, and spectacular scenery throughout the tour. We include a complimentary local coffee or smoothie with this tour.

“The Scenic Lunch Tour” takes you to one of Boquete’s finest restaurants for a relaxing lunch prepared by one of Panama’s most talented chefs. You will enjoy the secluded location and the surrounding mountain vistas as you dine on the outdoor patio. The length of the tour is approximately 3 hours.

4-hour Flavors of Boquete Tour (2-person min)
This tour has been very popular with clients. It is a relaxed pace 4-hour tour that will allow you to sample some of the unique and locally produced flavors that Boquete has to offer.
Itinerary:
Meet at the Soul Planet Cycles bike cage in Bajo Boquete
Receive helmet fitting and bike operating/safety instructions
Begin your tour with one of our experienced bilingual (English and Spanish) guides.
Visit the Boquete Ecological Park, which includes a local food sampling (tamales or empanadas) “picnic style,” with beverages.
Stop at the local Farmer’s Market and try some seasonal produce sampling like avocado, passion fruit, dragon fruit, mango, etc.
Next, ride up into coffee country and see some of the coffee fields that surround Boquete. You will take a break at the San Ramon Waterfall where you can sample (Lasagna Mexicana).
Onward to Pepe’s Haunted Villa for some photos along the eucalyptus tree-lined Caldera River.
Heading back into Boquete we will stop at Poder de las Fruitas for a strawberry smoothie. A favorite stop for the locals.
Next for chocolate lovers, a chocolate sampling at the in-town chocolatier that uses locally harvested cacao. Try a cup of hot or iced coffee too.
As we return to our starting point, we offer a well-deserved end-of-tour craft beer.
The tour starts at the Soul Planet Cycles location. After your helmet fitting and bike instructions, you will be off with your guide exploring Boquete and sampling the local flavors at various stops (8 stops). The tour concludes back at the starting point where you will also receive a sample of locally produced honey to take home with you. Our E-Bikes are the perfect way to enjoy this tour. The tour distance covers approximately 16 miles (26 Km) round trip. All food and drink samples are included in the tour price.

2-hour Adventure Tour
This tour covers approximately 15 miles (25 km) round trip, and there is a complementary coffee/smoothie stop included toward the end of the tour. Your journey begins at the Soul Planet Cycles bike cage location conveniently located in the Boquete Brewing Company parking lot. From there the tour will span the Northern end of Boquete (Los Naranjos) to the Southern end of Boquete (Alto Boquete). Along the way, you will see coffee plantations, a lava formation currently used as a rock climbing wall, the Caldera River, the San Ramon Waterfall, and Pepe’s haunted villa. The duration of this tour can vary between 2 hours to 2 1/2 hours depending on the client’s desire for taking photos along the way.
We also offer different routes depending on the client’s cycling skill level and weather conditions.
3-hour Scenic Lunch Tour (2-person min)
Bike to one of Boquete’s best restaurants for a wonderful outdoor lunch experience. This is a guided tour that will take you along a scenic route through the outskirts of Boquete, where you will have views of Volcan Baru, (Panama’s largest volcano). At our lunch destination, you will experience a relaxing outdoor patio lunch prepared by one of Panama’s best chefs. After having relaxed for a bit it’s back on the bikes to burn off some recently added calories as we return to Boquete.
Itinerary:
Meet at the Soul Planet Cycles bike cage in Bajo Boquete
Receive helmet fitting and bike operating/safety instructions
Head off to our lunch destination along a scenic road that runs through the Jaramillo Abajo area of Boquete (approx. 30 min ride)
Reach our lunch destination at a secluded golf community.
Relax and enjoy a special lunch experience and the spectacular mountain views
